Santy y su Son de Cuba
The party celebrated not only the 5th anniversary of Expats.cz, but also the official launch of the new annual print publication, the Expats.cz Survival Guide and Business Directory, a free guidebook that offers completely objective advice for those living in or relocating to Prague and the Czech Republic. Also being celebrated was the pre-launch of the new business & entrepreneurial network IBN (International Business Network of the Czech Republic), which promises to strengthen bonds between the international and local business communities through seminars, social networking, and more.
Martin Howlings & Jen
Martin Howlings, founder and director of Expats.cz, marked the event as “an evening of giving back,” adding “it’s my way of saying ‘thank you’ to all of our friends, clients, and sponsors, for supporting us over the the last five years.”
What started off as a small forum community has now become one of the largest English-language resources for the international community living in the Czech Republic. Expats.cz now offers an extensive business directory featuring more than 5,000 companies, a large article database with comprehensive info for living in Prague and the Czech Republic, a detailed events system, a large forum community always willing to share tips and advice (along with an occasional bit of fun), and much more. With more in store for the future…
Expats.cz is proud to be working with the international community, the international schools and other organizations, and providing much needed information to the expatriate community living in the Czech Republic.
We couldn’t have done it without those who support us. A huge thank you to all from your friends at Expats.cz!
