Cinnabon, the popular American baked goods chain traditionally found in busy shopping centers and airport departure halls, quietly opened a 350 sqm space on Dlouhá Street to tap into Prague's expanding breakfast and brunch scene.
“We wanted to offer our customers something new. Our Dlouhá location is more intimate than our shopping mall locations. There is a different vibe here. You have room to spread out and have a casual breakfast with friends or family or a business brunch,” says Gabriela Bendová, owner of Cinnabon Czech Republic.
Opened in September, Cinnabon Dlouhá is the only one of the global brand’s three Prague locations that offers dedicated breakfast and brunch menus.
In addition to its world-famous gooey Cinnabon rolls made from Makara cinnamon, hailing from the wild mountains of West Sumatra, Indonesia, visitors can enjoy breakfast scrambled eggs, omelets, and coffee.
Light lunch options include homemade soups, fresh salads, and paninis with ham-and-cheese or turkey and cheese.
The Dlouhá branch also offers the same rich pastries, sweets, and drinks as Cinnabon’s locations inside Westfield Chodov Mall in Prague 4 and inside OC Galerie Harfa in Prague 9.
Cinnabon’s signature menu selection includes favorites like nut-filled Caramel Pecan rolls, yummy BonBites coated in a delicious cream cheese frosting, cold brew options, lemonades, and Chillattas, refreshing iced drinks with strawberry, mango, caramel latte, cinnamon roll, cookies, and cream flavors.
But the breakfast menu and brunch selection are the true standouts at Cinnabon Dlouhá – perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal.
With Dlouhá’s breakfast and brunch offer, we hope to make Cinnabon more than a spot where you eat and run. This new space has a different energy than our other locations. It’s airy and intimate – a place to build community and get together with friends and colleagues,” says Bendová.
“We invited everyone to come and experience the unique charm of our new space.”
Cinnabon Dlouhá looks directly out onto the street, offering plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere ideal for meeting friends, enjoying a coffee break, or working remotely. The irresistible aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls is always in the air, setting a warm, cozy vibe for loyal patrons.
A section of the ground-floor dining area can be cordoned off for private gatherings, or a spacious downstairs area can be reserved for business parties. According to Bendová, Cinnabon has hosted several events at its new flagship location over the last six months.
Situated a short walk from Old Town Square and around the corner from the Convent of Saint Agnes, the newest Prague Cinnabon has become a go-to spot for locals and tourists looking for familiarity and reasonable prices in the city center.

The American chain was launched in 1985 in Seattle by a father-son duo determined to create the best cinnamon roll in the world using carefully curated ingredients. Today, Cinnabon has more than 1,200 stores in more than 50 countries worldwide.
