This July, the Accenture BPO Delivery Centre in Prague celebrates its 10th anniversary with a team of 1000 professionals serving 26 contracts across Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Industry Specific and Sourcing & Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
Accenture in the Czech Republic has now been developing partnerships for ten years, supported by the Global Delivery Network, delivering outsourcing excellence every day, every month, year in and year out to our clients.

Over the past 18 months we significantly reduced our cost-to-serve and delivered millions of dollars in value through initiatives including sourcing savings, Days Sales Outstanding reduction and warranty and inventory cost reduction”, said Paul Van Beveren, SDO Lead for our Delivery Centres in Prague and Central Europe, of some key achievements.

Accenture opened the new outsourcing facility in the Czech Republic in July 2001 to enable the company to broaden its offerings in BPO. Located in Prague, the facility is part of Accenture´s global network of more than 60 Delivery Centres.
