Expect clouds, rain and fog to roll into the Czech Republic this week, though temperatures around the country will remain high, according to meteorologists.

"This week we will see mostly large clouds, in some places there will be fog and on some days it will even rain," Meteorologist František Šopko from the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute told iDnes. "At the end of October, the air temperatures will be rather above average and in the afternoon they will be around 10 degrees or even slightly above."

The weather report comes after a week of unseasonably high temperatures for mid-October. Last week, some parts of the country saw nearly 19 degrees during the day.

On Monday, many areas of the country will see low clouds and a light drizzle, meteorologists forecast. In Bohemia, expect some afternoon rain as well. Temperatures will range from nine degrees to 13 degrees.

On Tuesday, scattered showers will cover parts of Bohemia and western Moravia, with temperatures between five and nine degrees.

Wednesday is a National Holiday, and many people will be looking to spend time outdoors on their day off. Though weather will be mostly overcast on Wednesday, with some isolated showers, temperatures will climb to 10 to 14 degrees during the day -- the warmest of the week.

On Thursday and Friday, expect isolated showers and some heavy rain to round out the week. Daytime temperatures will stay between nine to 14 degrees.

The weekend won't be much of a change, either. Expect overcast skies and scattered showers throughout the weekend. Some mornings may be misty or foggy, too. Temperatures will stay between 10 and 14 degrees.
