Culinary Spring Offerings at Hilton Prague Old Town & Zinc Restaurant

Hilton Prague Old Town is proud to present its new spring culinary offerings of the Zinc Restaurant including regular Live Stations with Chef´s Best, Silk Road Buffet every Thursday, Easter weekend Dinner and Brunch and the Old Town Sweet Break @ Hilton.

Live Station – Chef´s Best

Live Station – Chef´s Best will take place at the Zinc Restaurant every weekday except Thursday from 6 pm to 10 pm. Guests will have a chance to watch Zinc chefs prepare sumptuous dishes at the live cooking station in the dining room and taste their dishes.
For 595 CZK per person guests can enjoy a starter and unlimited consumption of two main courses.

The Live station themes are as follows:
Monday Pasta & Basta including selection of the most favourite pasta and sauces.
Tuesday Prague Flavours with selection of such dishes as Roast Duck with Cumin Sauce or Glazed Prague Ham.
Wednesday Pecking Duck including Beef Noodle Soup with Meat Balls and Wonton or Crispy Duck with Hoisin Sauce.
Friday Czech Roast with Roast Pork with Cummin, Bread Dumpling and Cabbage Stew or Braised Beef with Creamy Sauce.
Live stations will be presented by the Executive Chef Ari Munandar and his talented team.

Silk Road Buffet
Silk Road Buffet live station will be presented every Thursday from 6 pm to 11 pm. Thanks to the international team including chefs from Syria, Algeria, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Italy, guests will have an opportunity to enjoy selection of specialities from East Asia, Middle East, Mediterranean countries and North Africa for only 795 CZK per person. The price includes
a welcome drink, water, soft drinks, coffee or tea and an unlimited consumption from the buffet.

Babaganoush, Hummus, Tabbouleh (North Africa)
Eggplant and Zucchini Filled with Rice and Minced Meat (Syria)
Bangbang Chicken, Chicken Salad with Spicy Peanut and Soya Dressing (China)
Gyoza Filled with Spring Onion and Ginger (Asia and Mongolia)
Lamb and Okra Stew (Lebanese)
Kalbi Barbecue Ribs (Korea)
Lamb Korma (India)
The selection of dishes will vary every week.

Easter Weekend Dinner and Brunch
On Easter Friday and Saturday evening, April 22 and 23, an Easter dinner menu will be served at the Zinc Restaurant. A two-course spring menu at 550 CZK and a three-course menu at 750 CZK includes such treats as Fish and Shellfish Bouillabaisse, Herb Crusted Cod Fish with Spinach Puree, Green Asparagus, Creamy Lobster and Prawn Salad.

The traditional Easter Family Sunday Brunch takes place on April 24 from 12.30 to 3.30 pm. The bountiful spring buffet includes not only fresh oysters and lobsters, sushi, roast beef and award-winning selection of desserts but also spring delicacies such as roast baby lamb with stuffing. For kids, there is a kids´ buffet, supervised kids´ corner, special Easter program including egg hunt and egg painting and a surprise gift. Live jazz will enhance the festive atmosphere. The price of 1.195 CZK includes unlimited consumption from the buffet, welcome drink, soft drinks, draught beer and local wine, the brunch is free for children p to 10 years of age, children from 10 to 12 get a 50% discount. Parking is included.

Old Town Sweet Break @ Hilton

Zinc Lounge & Bar comes with a special offer, Old Town Sweet Break @ Hilton. For 175 CZK guests can benefit from a combination of any hot drink and a selection of mini desserts such as profiteroles, crčme brûlée or macaroons. This offer is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
