Today sees the nationwide reopening of shops and restaurants in the Czech Republic. Face masks must still be worn at all indoor and outdoor locations if a distance of 2m between people cannot be kept. Here are the current going-out rules to keep in mind through the weekend and into the holiday season.

- The night curfew has been be lifted.
- Museums and galleries may reopen to 25% capacity.
- Cinemas and theaters must remain closed.
- Restaurants from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 50% capacity with 4 guests/table.
- Christmas markets may take place, though some have been cancelled.
- Retail shops with limit of 1 person/15 m2 and 2 m between customers.
- Hairdressers and salons with 1 person/15 m2 rule.
- Gyms and fitness centers max 10 people in a class + face masks.
- Outdoor events limited to 50 people, 10 people indoors.
- Accommodation services may be provided without restriction.
- Pools and wellness centers may operate within the limit on gatherings of people.
- Castles, chateaux and other cultural sites may reopen to groups of a maximum of 10.
