Children attending the English-language school Park Lane International School in Prague, situated near the city centre in the lovely and quiet neighbourhood of Střešovice, have stretched their creativity beyond the classroom to design a Kids´ Menu for The Monastery restaurant located at the award- winning The Augustine Hotel, part of the international Rocco Forte Collection.

Children between the ages of 3-9 grouped together to conjure up some colourful and creative illustrations for The Monastery´s special summer children´s menu, created by The Monastery´s Executive chef, Richard Fuchs. Mr Fuchs commented, “Children know best when it comes to what they want and this is why we invited them to create their own unique menu.”  He added, “The designs are very sweet and eye-catching and I am sure parents and children alike will enjoy reading our menu as much as we do. More importantly, I am sure our menu will meet all the nutritional needs and tastes of the younger generation and as any chef can tell you, this is no simple task!”
