The Smíchov waterfront will be transformed into backyards across the world tomorrow as vendors, foodtrucks, and stalls converge along the riverside as part of the Oheň a kouř (Fire and Smok) Grill and BBQ Festival.

Grilling, smoking, slow-roasting, and barbecue will take center stage as visitors dig into Argentine asado, American pulled pork, marinated ribs, Georgian shashlik, Croatian plejskavica, Vietnamese bun cha, Brasilian grilled pineapple, grilled fish, and vegetables.

French Foodtruck Bonjour will serve up grilled chicken breast marinated in buttermilk and rosemary, beef steak with mushrooms and French Blue Cheese, and other savories.

Additional local favorites include: Banh-mi-ba, Regal Burger, Cz Fire Food Truck, and Tommy’s Food Truck.

Admission: 50,-Kč, (children under 12 and ZTP for free)
