Finished with your Billy bookcase? No longer in need of that three-drawer Malm? These and other pieces—specifically chairs, cabinets, and desks—can be swapped out for new Swedish furniture when Prague IKEA launches its furniture market in 2017.

The service is due to begin early next year and will only be available at the Zličín branch, reports Lidovky.cz.

How does it work? The store will evaluate the condition of the furniture—which must not be damaged or in any way modified—and suggest an amount; once a price is agreed upon customers will receive a gift voucher for a future purchase.

Price will vary depending on the condition of the furniture, though IKEA says initially it will try to sell the item for the price at which they purchased it.

The decision to bring the initiative to the Czech market is a response to the company’s sustainability policies as well as part of a new business strategy; similar services in Belgium and particularly Spain, where trading platforms Wallapop and Vibbo are highly popular, have seen significant success.

In Spain, the program will expand in 2017 to include the possibility of recycling bulbs or donating household textiles.

The publication notes that applicants for this new service in Spain were required to fill out a form on the IKEA Spain website and attach photos of the furniture.

In November 2016, LN also reported that the company is looking to expand its operations in the Czech Republic with plans for a third Prague branch at an as-yet-determined location in the works.
