Members of the National Theater Ballet can’t dance on stage now, but that doesn’t mean they’ve hung up their toe shoes. An active social media campaign has seen the company performing at home with pets, babies, and home appliances via a number of inventive videos as part of the Dance Through It (#protancimetim) campaign.

For those who’d like to pirouette and plié along with the best of them, this morning saw the debut of free online training sessions with the Czech National Ballet, streaming live this week at 10 am. Today’s performance with first soloist Nikola Márová and ballet master Alexandre Katsapov is currently available to view on Facebook.

On Tuesday, April 7, from 10 am wake up and stretch with first soloist Alina Nanu, ballet master Alexey Afanasiev, and corepetitor (instrumentalist) Valentina Shuklina; Wednesday, April 8 training takes place at the same time with soloist Matěj Šust, artistic director Filip Barankiewicz, and corepetitor Sergey Poluektov.

Follow live streams and also catch past performances of The Czech National Ballet at Facebook / YouTube / Instagram.

In the seasons 2018/19 and 2019/20 for 95154 + 67819 spectators presented 6 premieres and played 127 + 81 performances, performed on the stages of 3 continents, collaborated with more than 20 choreographers and staging.
