Late yesterday afternoon, iDnes.cz posted this video of a Prague bus driver attempting to pull up to the drive-thru window at a Prague 4 fast food restaurant.
The incident took place on November 16 shortly after 7pm when Burger King security cameras captured the bus turning onto Chodovská Street in an attempt to maneuver down the narrow drive-thru lane designated for cars.
After dinging a street sign or two then plowing over advertising displays and lights, the driver apparently realizes that there is no flame-grilled fare in his future and takes off.
A police spokeswoman speaking to the publication said that a damaged bus was found parked in Jílové u Prahy later that same day; it was confirmed that the bus belonged to transport company Arriva.
A spokesperson for that company told the publication that the bus was out of service when the incident took place. The driver has since been terminated for what the company has deemed “unacceptable” behavior.
