This month there’s plenty to see, do, and keep you entertained despite the adverse weather conditions. You’ll find summer activities in full swing with music festivals, Basildon-electronica, award-winning mixologists, and birthday brass!

Music  

1 – Neurosis: Post-metal from the Cali residents. Expect psychadelic visuals with the heaviest post-metal sounds!

1 – Bobby Watson & Libor Šmoldas Quartet: Hybernia Theatre hosts the collaborative effort between Czech based  Libor Šmoldas and his quartet with the legendary saxophonist Bobby Watson!

3 – St. Vitus Organ Evenings International Organ Festival: A collaborative effort between the Metropolitan Chapter of St. Vitus and the Prague Castle Administration. A series of reasonably priced events showcasing the rich, romantic organ sounds.

23 – Depeche Mode: The Basildon boys done good pay a welcomed visit to Prague’s Synot Tip Arena. With too many hits to mention and an ever growing, appreciative fan-base resulting in album and singles sales in excess of 100 million worldwide!

23 – Taj Mahal Trio: Legendary American jazz/blues giant coming to Prague Castle don’t miss out on this unique opportunity! 

26 – Hugh Laurie and The Copper Bottom Band: You might know him as Dr. House or even as one half of the comedy duo Fry & Laurie, or even as the lead vocal for Hugh Laurie and The Copper Bottom Band. Head to Prague’s Congress Center to witness Laurie and the band perform for the first time in Prague!

29 – Iron Maiden: Leaders of the new wave british heavy metal play the cities Synot Tip Arena!
