World’s Largest Lego Roller Coaster Now On Display In Prague

The 90,000-piece moving roller coaster took Czech Lego master Tomáš Kašpařík about 800 hours to create!

Looking for an indoor activity to escape the freezing temps predicted this weekend?

The world’s largest Lego roller coaster, inspired by El Toro at Six Flags in Jackson, New Jersey, is currently on display at Prague toy store Hamleys as part of its Czech Repubrick exhibit.

The 90,000-piece, moving roller coaster took Czech YouTuber and LEGO master Tomáš Kašpařík (aka Chairudo) about 800 hours to create and features a total of 85 feet (26 meters) of track.

The whole design measures more than 21 feet long (6.5 meters) and almost 4 feet wide (1 meter).

Kašpařík’s other large-scale Lego models include an interactive amusement park that is also a part of the Hamley’s exhibit, which opened last month.

The exhibition features a number of Lego renderings of familiar landmarks from Prague and the Czech Republic including Karlštejn Castle, the Ještěd transmitter, St. Vitus Cathedral, and the crown jewels.
