Responsibilities:
Develop, assign, and top-edit features, interviews, and tips-style lists that align with our partners’ messages while maintaining our reader-first approach.
Oversee content production, social media, and graphic design teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
Communicate with clients and sales as needed to facilitate smooth article production.
Assist with copywriting and collaborate with the sales team on client pitch ideas.
Report to the Editor-in-Chief while managing projects independently.
Requirements:
Proven experience editing articles for publication.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
A team player who can also work independently.
Proficiency in Asana, CMS platforms, and AP style.
Must have a trade license.
