The DEX Team is responsible for raising the bar of employee’s experiences with the tools and technology they use for their day-to-day work, balancing pro-active automated processes with human-led interaction. The DEX Team provides solutions that enable a flexible and stable IT environment, that ultimately improve the productivity of ABInBev, whilst remaining cost effective.
As an Automation Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between automation technology, user experience, and operations efficiency by supporting TechOps SME’s and Technical Leads through robust data analysis and technical solution refinement. You will also be actively engaged in developing solutions related to workload reduction, cost avoidance, and time savings by collaborating with the different Insights pillars, you'll design and deploy solutions tailored for IT Service Desk operations and On-Site Support.
Furthermore, you'll liaise closely with various teams to translate their operational needs into precise technical requirements, ensuring seamless integration of innovative solutions. Your role is pivotal in enhancing end-user satisfaction and streamlining operations.
Key responsibilities include developing scripts via PowerShell, Power Automate and working extensively with RPA solutions to streamline processes. Additionally, you'll be engaged in activities such as thorough process documentation, development of comprehensive object libraries, and the setup and configuration of APIs.

What will you be doing:
Collaborate with Insights pillars to design automation for TechOps streams, and develop scripts using PowerShell or RPA’s using Power Automate, and BluePrism.
Work with the different TechOps streams to analyze automation opportunities that help solve client problems and deliver significant measurable impact.
Use and examine current technologies such as PowerApps and familiarity with Cloud Computing, especially commissioning, troubleshooting & maintaining cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
Research on new or existing technologies and identify opportunities to implement modern solutions.
Opportunity to mentor and develop interns delivering essential support for tasks.
What you'll bring:
1+ years’ experience in IT Solutions with a preference for developing knowledge in programming languages
Knowledge and understanding of coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, .Net, SQL, JSON, or others
Fluent in English in speaking, reading, and writing (a second language is an advantage)
Good understanding of IT System landscapes (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory Management, O365, APIs) + Cloud Computing basic experience
Design and develop successful, high-quality solutions in a timely manner
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to take ownership
