Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities
Building and maintaining client relationships
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial terms for the company
Develop detailed business development plans and strategies, outlining goals, timelines, and specific actions to meet revenue targets
Track and analyze sales pipelines, using data to adjust strategies and improve performance
Regularly review progress toward goals and adjust tactics as needed to ensure consistent growth
Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness
Requirements:
Knowledge of U.S. consumer behaviors, trends, and preferences
A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability for achieving targets and delivering results
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities or challenges effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas, negotiate deals, and influence decision-making
Proven track record of sales performance, with the ability to negotiate and close deals that benefit the company
Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives, including strategic planning, goal setting, and tracking progress
3 – 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
