Responsibilities:
Working with Founder(s) of Multi-national Group of companies, leading the CZ office and operation
Ensuring the management team delivers on their commitments
Drive company projects
Lead management meetings and keep track of decisions
Managing the Admin team including setting priorities, structuring workloads, training, process definitions and inspiring motivation
Oversee task completion and take responsibility for meeting team deadlines
Manage agreement on changes to key accounting processes
Manage the team expenses
Managing external service providers and advisors to ensure cost effectiveness and retention of advice received
Manage key projects and the delivery of agreed deliverables e.g. changes to structure of organisation including international accounting, legal and taxation questions
Keep directors informed and gain sign off as needed
Advise and report directly to the board
Act as adviser and to founder
Preparation of quarterly management reporting
Monitor and advise on financial performance
Oversee cash flow processes
Support hiring process
Prepare weekly operational report
Manage enhancement/implementation of financial processes / systems to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase overall productivity
Maintain flexibility in responsibilities as company grows
Preferred Experience:
Native level spoken and written English proficiency
At least tertiary level qualification in the field of commerce.
Project management and execution experience, establishing and working with deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Demonstrable commercial acumen – ability to take an opinion on a business based on financial data, and to suggest a course of action
Ability to participate in problem solving discussions on accounting and legal issues (including taxation and VAT)
Experience with managing teams and processes across an international group structure
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
Strong results-oriented mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively
Experience in the on-line industry preferred
