We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager.
2+ years related experience in customer care or customer relationship management
Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
Strong communication skills;
Experience in B2B sales is a must;
Fluent in English is a must
Responsibility for development of healthy customer relationship building trust and transparency with clients;
Maintaining the full game portfolio on the partners websites;
Maintaining the visibility of the brand’s top games by regions on the main lobbies of the clients web pages;
Maintaining the full portfolio of the features integrated with the clients;
Responsibility for review, research the settings of the client's setups;
Supporting and helping clients with the problem solving of the tasks related to account management team;
Coordinate and provision of marketing materials to the clients;
Upsell services and products with the brand image;
Encourages customers to upgrade their products;
Promoting customer loyalty;
Actively pushing the new game releases to be activated on the assigned projects;
