Are you a "born scheduler", enjoying planning activities/events in your personal life? Would you like to have a job all about scheduling and being organized?

In this role you will serve as a liaison between nurses and current customers. You will schedule healthcare consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared for and understand the consultation process.

Working hours: 2:00pm – 22:30pm CET

Hybrid position with 1-year contract, possibility to extend.

Start date: 1st November 2024

A day in the life...

  • Request availability of our specialists primarily to be done through our platform which may include, contact via text & phone.

  • Manage an active queue of requests with timely follow-up.

  • Assisting our specialists with account concerns.

  • Maintain customers confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Effectively navigate multiple internal systems and processes to obtain appropriate data.

  • Communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process to ensure consultations are completed timely via email, phone, & text messages.

  • Schedule consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared and understand the consultation process.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Accurately input necessary customers information into the database.

  • Work closely with our nurses and Member Support team to facilitate successful consultations.

  • Work collaboratively and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

  • Meet team/personal qualitative and quantitative targets

What we are looking for...

  • 1+ years employment experience in the customer service industry or related industry

  • English language skills on a high level (ideally native)

  • Scheduling experience is a plus.

  • Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms.

  • Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail,

  • Critical Thinking, Customer Services Skills and Data Entry.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple high priority tasks concurrently with minimal direction.

  • Team player with the capacity to coordinate across departments
