In this role you will serve as a liaison between nurses and current customers. You will schedule healthcare consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared for and understand the consultation process.
Working hours: 2:00pm – 22:30pm CET
Hybrid position with 1-year contract, possibility to extend.
Start date: 1st November 2024
A day in the life...
Request availability of our specialists primarily to be done through our platform which may include, contact via text & phone.
Manage an active queue of requests with timely follow-up.
Assisting our specialists with account concerns.
Maintain customers confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Effectively navigate multiple internal systems and processes to obtain appropriate data.
Communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process to ensure consultations are completed timely via email, phone, & text messages.
Schedule consultations and follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared and understand the consultation process.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Accurately input necessary customers information into the database.
Work closely with our nurses and Member Support team to facilitate successful consultations.
Work collaboratively and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

What we are looking for...
1+ years employment experience in the customer service industry or related industry
English language skills on a high level (ideally native)
Scheduling experience is a plus.
Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms.
Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail,
Critical Thinking, Customer Services Skills and Data Entry.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple high priority tasks concurrently with minimal direction.
Team player with the capacity to coordinate across departments
