As a part of our team, you’ll help manage travel bookings, provide top-notch customer service during their stays, and support our partner travel agencies to make their experiences seamless and successful.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent/Native skills in German or Dutch (written & spoken, C1 level) + English (B1 level)

• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office skills are essential; SAP knowledge is a plus

• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the friendly face of Interhome, even through a screen!

• The ability to multi-task under pressure, while keeping your cool and making great decisions

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends

• Eagerness to learn and contribute fresh ideas to the team

• Eligible to work in the Czech Republic

• Available to start May 2025

• Competitive starting salary: 40,000 - 45,000 CZK/month (gross)

• 1-year contract with the opportunity to extend (after a 3-month trial period)
