Our mission is to enable guests at hotels, restaurants, bars, and event venues across Europe to express gratitude effortlessly and securely via QR codes. As we embark on our next growth phase, we're seeking a meticulous and proactive Back Office & Partner Operations Specialist to strengthen our operations and support our expansion into new markets.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Onboarding: Manage the seamless integration of new partners into our system, providing necessary support and ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our solutions effectively.​

  • Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline processes, share insights, and support partner-related initiatives.​

  • Graphic Design: Develop and refine visual materials, including QR codes and signage, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. (Training provided if necessary.)​

  • Manufacturing Oversight: Coordinate the ordering and production of materials, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality control.​

  • Team Supervision: Assist in managing small teams and temporary staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.​

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance company processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Market Expansion Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at penetrating new markets within the hospitality sector.​

Qualifications

  • Detail-Oriented: Exemplary attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks.​

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required. (Training provided if necessary.)​​

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.​

  • AI Familiarity: Experience with AI applications and a willingness to leverage them to enhance operations.​

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities in Czech and English; Russian knowledge and other additional language skills are a plus.​

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to various aspects of the business.​
