The Customer Experience Pricing Analyst is responsible for the correct price list applied to customers. You will be the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders in case of price discrepancies. Working closely with the CX department, Pricing & Sales Team and you will be responsible for customer relationship management, coordinating all requests and complaints, and are a key element for the end-to-end of the order-to-delivery flow (O2D). You will be responsible for a sales area either on- or off-trade. By following up on open issues and the provision of first-level solutions he/she is constantly increasing customer satisfaction. You will be also managing the ticketing tool, and providing regular updates on it.

What will you be doing:  

  • Perform daily routines to solve and release orders in pricing block for Off Trade channel in EDI & Webtool

  • Perform monthly routines to release blocked orders for ON & Off channels from the invoicing block

  • Manage orders in pricing block and follow-up on open issues, notify the Sales team proactively about relevant topics

  • Solve incoming requests directly with the Sales/Revenue team for defined activities; with a special focus on supporting the Sales team for any issue price-related

  • Responsible for new customer creation, collecting all the back documentation, and creating new Sold-to/Ship-to in the system including Maven ticket creation, webtool setup, and master data updates

  • Responsible for the condition set-up pre-approved: Logistic Discount, T3 Discount

  • Drive initiative of order automation and process improvements through robotics and macros. Follow operations excellence guidelines based on LCP requirements

What you'll bring:  

  • Good command of Italian and English (written and oral)

  • University degree in Business Studies or relevant working experience (experience in Back Office or Operations for an FMCG company is a plus)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot), and knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus

  • Good relationship skills (team-, sales- and customer-oriented)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem-solving behavior, time management, and prioritization skills
