Základní škola VIA BEROUN is seeking a full-time kindergarten English teacher for the school year 2025-26. VIA Beroun is an innovative school project in Beroun and the school year 2025-26 will see us move into our own custom-built campus, close to the centre of Beroun. Suitable candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
Fluent speaker of English (proficient – C2 level)
University teaching qualification or equivalent e.g., PGCE, CELTA, TEFL, TESOL
Experience of teaching children in a kindergarten environment is preferred
Ability to teach kindergarten at a variety of ages (3-6)
Ability to create fun and engaging activities for our students
Ability to help students develop their strengths, skills and values
Ability to work with the needs of students to motivate them in a positive environment
Energetic, motivated and adaptable
A willingness to teach according to the VIA Beroun’s ethos
Legal status to work in the Czech Republic
