As a People Planning & Performance Financial Analyst, you will have the potential to transform our business and your career. You will be responsible for setting up and leading the PPM (Planning & Performance) activities and processes related to People entity overhead packages: budgeting, monthly T&M, Month and closing (MEC) cycle, and Forecast preparation.

What will you be doing:  

  • Sets up and leads the PPM (People Planning & Performance) activities and processes related to People entity OH packages: budgeting, monthly T&M, Month and Closing (MEC) cycle, and Forecast preparation.

  • Develops Reporting for People PPM activities to enable best-in-class tracking and monitoring performance management for People and Variable Compensation costs.

  • Preparation of MEC activities via collaboration with finance and Control teams to ensure accurate financial reporting related to People costs.

  • Maintains Finance MD, supporting People PPM with

  • Performs analysis to streamline the business and support People PPMs with opening the gaps.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share relevant information regarding status of the results, challenges or risks as well as improvement opportunities

  • Conducting trainings for different teams on People entity OH packages and their impact on it

What you'll bring:  

  • Good knowledge of accounting rules therefore a Finance background or experience is essential

  • Good knowledge of information systems, processes, and PC applications (proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI – development/building data experience)

  • Attention to detail and capable of managing complexity

  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the capacity to drive change

  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues on different geographical locations and cultures

  • Presentation skills. Is able to present/report to Senior Management
