As the H2GP Program Manager, you will lead the implementation and expansion of the H2GP (H2 Grand Prix) program, a pioneering educational initiative that combines STEM learning with hands-on experience in renewable energy and hydrogen fuel cell technology. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong passion for education, sustainability, and program management. You will oversee program development, partnership building, event management, and curriculum integration, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participating schools, students, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities
Program Development and Strategy
Design, plan, and execute the H2GP program to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead program initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
Continuously improve program content, structure, and goals based on feedback and trends in STEM education and sustainable technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and nurture partnerships with regional race managers and team leaders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional race managers and team leaders.
Present program outcomes and impact to internal and external stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Event Planning and Coordination
Plan and execute regional, national, and international events for H2GP competitions.
Manage logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, participant registration, and equipment.
Oversee on-site event execution, including troubleshooting and ensuring participant safety and satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and motivate a team of coordinators, volunteers, and facilitators to ensure program success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and curriculum teams to develop materials and drive engagement.
Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the H2GP team.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are used efficiently.
Track expenses, secure sponsorships, and explore funding opportunities to support program growth.
Curriculum and Training
Support the integration of H2GP content into school curriculums, including providing teachers with training and resources.
Ensure that educational materials are up-to-date and aligned with STEM and sustainability standards.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for educators, students, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Program Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on education, STEM initiatives, or environmental programs.
Proven experience in organizing large-scale events or competitions.
Skills:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of STEM education trends, renewable energy, and hydrogen fuel cell technology is highly desirable.
Must have ability to work with timelines and completion in timely manners
Proficiency in program management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be fluent in English
Multilingual a plus
Other: Willingness to travel for program events and conferences.
