Our client, international pharmaceutical company, is looking for suitable candidates for the role of
*****HR administrator with Dutch*****
The main activity will be taking complex care of internal HR system. You will be the first point of contact for all the employees of the company within EMEA region and you will be dealing with requests regarding new employment contracts, expiring contracts, keeping tracks of attendance, benefit portfolio and also all the administration connected to these processes (e.g. promotion, company´s policy issues, support of payroll department etc.)
The ideal candidate has:
1-3 years of experience in similar field (customer support, HR admin)
Very good knowledge Dutch (C1 level) and english (B2)
Great communication skills and problem solving attitude
Customer-service mind
Ability to multitask, dynamics, reliability
