International Logistics Specialist with Spanish

We are currently seeking an exceptionally dedicated individual to take on the role of Logistics Specialist with Spanish. In this role, you will support in coordination of the finished goods/materials within Export/Import flow efficiently and optimally (lowest landed cost), to guarantee availability for customers (OTIF – on time, in full). Identify & analyze risks and coordinate solutions to mitigate them.

You will closely coordinate with the inventory deployment team regarding beer availability and stock freshness, warehouses, carriers, and the documentation team. Ensuring documents are aligned with contractual terms and industry standards. To ensure timely execution, investigation, and resolution of complex cases, you will work closely with multiple departments like customer experience, transport planning, or freight audit.

Utilizing your planning and organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle stress will be essential. This is done according to the stock process definitions to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customers according to agreed SLAs. This role requires a proactive and action-orientated approach with regards to addressing problems. The aim is to find sustainable short- and long-term solutions for improving daily routines. The team gives great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, advance your Excel, Power Query, and use of SAP.

What will you be doing:  

  • Ensuring operational excellence as per LCP (logistics excellence program) guidelines.

  • Ensure data quality in the system.

  • Drive continuous process improvement.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Offer visibility on the performance of external suppliers.

  • Collaborate with the International Team of the Exporting Zone and the Global Team.

  • Support structural improvements as per LCP target, projects, KPI and SLA tracking.

  • Shared responsibility with Team Leader for resolving key operational issues in the team.

  • Provide trainings to newcomers and support them during the onboarding period.

  • Support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects.

  • Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader.

What you'll bring:  

  • Logistics Experience in an FMCG company for at least 1-2 years, or experience in Supply Chain overall (Logistics Transport or Warehousing)

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Tech skills: Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (SAP knowledge, Advanced Power Query/PowerBI skills are a plus)

  • Logistics understanding, especially in regard to a sense of urgency and prioritization and general business sense

  • Interpersonal skills: Assertiveness & Communication
