Job description:
Providing technical support to customers and partners via the portal (CRM), phone (MS Teams), and email
Resolving technical issues in collaboration with Product Support and R&D teams
Direct communication with customers and partners
Requirements:
Experience with VoIP signaling and media transmission (e.g., SIP)
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and analyze logs and network traces
Effective communication skills with customers, colleagues, and managers
Education in telecommunications, IT, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience with a willingness to learn
Qualifications:
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms (e.g., VMWare, KVM, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Podman
Previous experience with telecommunication signaling (SS7, ISUP, PRI) and technologies like VoLTE, WebRTC
Work experience with Linux/UNIX
Understanding of IP networks, basic IP routing, firewalls, and security measures
Skills in telecommunication routing and translations
Experience with Session Border Controllers
