Join Our Team as a Junior Online Support Specialist (part-time, around 25 hours/month)!

What You’ll Do:

🌟 Your role will include a variety of tasks, such as:
📧 Responding to customers’ emails, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
🇦🇹 Translating content for our website into Austrian German to make it accessible and engaging for our users.
👤 Translating and managing social media posts, engaging with followers by helping with comments on Facebook and Instagram.
✅ Verifying sitters to maintain the quality and trustworthiness of our community.
🌍 Working remotely from the comfort of your home.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role is:
🇦🇹 Fluent in Austrian German (native level) and has basic English knowledge for internal communication.
👩‍💻 Flexible and enthusiastic about working on a variety of tasks.
⏰ Available to work approximately 25 hours per month (with the possibility of increasing hours if needed).
🏢 While the position is fully remote, you’ll also have the option to work from our offices in Prague or Brno if you’d like!
