For our loyalty program, we’re seeking an ambitious and strategic team member to lead, manage, and optimize our customer loyalty initiatives. This role is integral to enhancing customer engagement and driving repeat business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
· Build mutually beneficial long-term relationships with customers
· Recruit and retain consumers
· Develop the annual and seasonal loyalty marketing plan
· Develop and implement an overall strategy to enhance the customer loyalty program
· Lead the loyalty program to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention
· Design and manage communications strategies focused on attracting, developing, and retaining customers
