Corporate Travel Agency – travel management/destination management company organizing corporate events and business trips in Europe requires a full-time MICE travel project manager.
The ideal candidate should come from a travel agency, event agency or a DMC Company and have worked with a wide variety of clients previously.
To Succeed in the Role, You should have :
- Fluent in written & spoken English is necessary
- Experience in MICE and Business Travel or hospitality
- Advanced user of MS Office and CRM
- Ability to work independently with a pro-active and business driven approach
- Flexibility
- General understanding of tourist destinations - the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany and Austria
- Customer focus, excellent communication skills, confident and polite attitude
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Highly detail orientated, able to keep deadlines and work under pressure
- The ability to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them
Responsibilities:
- Provide active and ongoing support and knowledges to the Clients
- Destination information handling and communication with other parts of the business
- Communicates with potential clients and customers
- Prepares presentations and commercial proposals for business trips
- Negotiates contracts for services, oversees current projects
- Calculates budgets for trips and optimal expenses
- Arranges additional services and resolves organizational issues with visa centers, hotels, dining facilities, etc.
- Maintains reporting for management and clients in CRM
- Develops concepts for various creative business events (conferences, motivational meetings, etc.)
- Conducts competitor analysis and assesses risks of current projects
- Join and lead Inspections & Client meetings
Conditions:
- trial period – from 3 to 6 month (depends on skills and experience)
- salary based on interview results + commission after trial period
