Portfolio PMO (DE, IT)

What will you be doing:

Portfolio management

• Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to propose changes to finish the goods portfolio and align actions with business units to execute simplification while maintaining portfolio profitability.

• Leading initiatives/efforts towards portfolio de-complexity to optimize the supply chain while keeping profitability and covering brand needs. This includes harmonization of SKUs, balancing out commercial value (profitability), and supply operations complexity.

• Working closely with the Innovations Team to assess current vs expected performance of new brands/SKUs launched to the market.

• Securing proper discipline and adherence to LCP (Logistics Centralized Program) standards for Portfolio/PMO.

Project Management

• Preparing project proposals for approval meetings with Supply & Logistics VPs, Innovation & Revenue Directors. Managing weekly & monthly visibility for Supply and Logistics Management.

• Leading weekly meetings with stakeholders across functions (Supply, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Innovation, Technical Development, Procurement & Legal Teams) to track project milestones and secure quality of project implementation.

• Effective changes management (project scope, stretching timelines - fast track) to deliver high-impact projects with effective communication and coordination with stakeholders of each department.

• Developing & improving monthly reporting of zone portfolio KPIs such as RFS approval, implementation time, and Service Level during project implementation.

What you'll bring:  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain.

• Senior stakeholders management (Senior Managers, Directors, VPs).

• Strong communication skills, innovative mindset, thinking outside of the box.

• Project Management experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Advanced MS Excel & ERP/SAP preferred but not mandatory.

• Fluency in English.
