Our well-established bilingual Czech-English preschool in Prague 6 is looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher (Native English Speaker) to join our outstanding team. Due to the relocation of two valued colleagues, we are seeking enthusiastic professionals who are eager to become part of our supportive and dynamic educational environment.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a highly motivated preschool educator with:
✔ A strong background in Early Years Education (EYFS or equivalent).
✔ Proven experience working with young children (ages 4-6), ensuring their holistic development.
✔ A deep understanding of child development, differentiation, and assessment methods to tailor learning experiences.
✔ Excellent classroom management and communication skills, ensuring a structured yet nurturing environment.
✔ A team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm, and a commitment to the well-being and education of every child.
✔ Resilience, strong work ethics, emotional stability, and high energy levels—all essential in a vibrant preschool setting.

Key Responsibilities

🎓 Education & Childcare – Delivering high-quality lessons, fostering independence, and supporting each child’s development.
🛡 Health & Safety & Well-being – Helping young learners adapt, assisting with routines (including hygiene & transitions).
👨‍👩‍👧 Parental & Team Communication – Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and leadership to ensure the best outcomes.
🔹 General duties as required – With direct access to management, your voice and input will always be valued.

💰 Competitive salary starting at 55,000 CZK+ (adjusted based on qualifications and experience).
