JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Operate machines and put parts together following clear instructions
  • Check that products meet quality standards
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow safety rules and report any problems to supervisors
  • Help with other tasks as directed by management

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a metal or factory environment (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Basic education in a technical field is preferred
  • Must speak and understand English well
  • Good physical condition to handle manual tasks safely
  • Hardworking, responsible, and careful with details
  • Open to learning new skills and improving work processes
