The Program Manager leads the delivery of complex technical data and application projects and programs. The new hire also drives cross-functional collaboration and timelines and is accountable for high-quality results that meet our business objectives.

Foster value-driven partnerships with internal and external implementation teams, effectively prioritizing features to boost team efficiency while jointly crafting optimal solutions across departments securing successful program delivery. Engage and manage stakeholders and the broader change and communication planning.

What will you be doing:  

  • Set up and manage the program strategy and governance for multiple initiatives: Develop and implement program strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Create and document the program charter, objectives, and business case 

  • Establish governance and methodology frameworks in line with best practice standards such as PMI, PRINCE2, and agile methodologies 

  • Lead the program lifecycle,  across key phases, prioritizing scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management to deliver the business case per the roadmap 

  •  Develop activity plans and detailed program and project schedules. 

  • Direct, manage, and control project delivery and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 

  • Implement and oversee the delivery of a quality plan to ensure all deliverables meet required standards and drive test management including user test execution. 

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and coordination 

  • Deliver effective change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of program deliverables. 

  • Ensure stakeholders are informed of program status, risks, and issues through structured communication plans and reporting 

What you'll bring:  

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies - Agile, PMI (e.g., PMP), and PRINCE2 certifications are highly desirable. 

  • Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)

  • Data visualization and facilitation tools e.g. Miro, Visio, ChartBlocks etc. 

  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting tools 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders 

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
