Role Overview
Provider Enablement Associate answer inbound calls from provider offices regarding patient-related services such as verification of benefits, verification of eligibility, pre-certification, and other general physician-patient care support needs.
Start Date: 1st November
A day in the life…
Working hours 13:30pm - 22:00pm CET (Monday - Friday)
Answering calls in a high volume, fast-paced call center environment.
Seeking to understand the context behind the provider’s call by probing for information to understand the provider’s questions or support needs to ensure first-call resolution
Working with providers and their office staff, ensure accurate recording of provider’s request is made into necessary systems
Offering guidance to providers regarding their patient’s eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization.
Navigating health plan websites to do additional research, supporting our utilization management process answering questions on status and requirements
What we are looking for…
Ideally previous experience with a customer service role or similar.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, strong communication skills both in written and verbal.
Multi-tasking and verbal/written communication to drive day-to-day responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team, organize, and prioritize own tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication.
General computer literacy.
