About the role: responsible to generate business from EU/USA, develop the sales and the portfolio of active clients, reach sales objective defined by the management.

Responsibility:

- Promote CTA services in EU/USA by making warm & cold phone calls to new and current prospects

- Responsible to enlarge the portfolio of CTA clients

- Participate to sales trip, travel workshops and fairs in Europe

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.

- Responsible for Marketing activities on his/her markets for own clients

- Responsible for providing monthly sales reports, analysis of the market and sales activities

- Provide reports to the General Manager after each sales trip, workshop, or fair attendance

- Implement sales delivery targets and KPI’s.

- Sign-up new B2b partners (agents)

- Maintain and develop our relationship with signed partners

- Follow-up with existing and new partners

Our requirements:

- min 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

- specialized in sales of B2B companies

- perfect English language, Czech & Russian is plus

- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

- self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

- proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing tools

- willing to travel and be open to new opportunities
