GoRealTravel.com, a dynamic Prague-based travel tech startup, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team and help American travelers create unforgettable experiences in Europe!

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Convert inbound leads via calls, SMS, and email into happy, paying customers.

• Offer personalized travel advice and recommendations based on your expert knowledge of European travel destinations and GoRealTravel products.

• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system (HubSpot).

• Collaborate with our Sales, Operations, and Leadership Teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for candidates who:

• Have 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, especially working with American and Canadian travelers.

• Bring at least 1 year of sales experience (travel industry sales or tour guiding experience is a bonus!).

• Possess excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing, with a friendly, human-oriented approach.

• Are knowledgeable about popular European travel destinations and understand the nuances of planning memorable trips.

• Are native or fluent speakers of American English, with cultural sensitivity and active listening skills.

• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and coachable, thriving in a flexible startup environment.
