Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates with a strong interest in sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to handle client issues with a customer-first attitude
Identify potential business clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
Present products or services to potential customers, addressing their needs and providing customized solutions.
Track, manage, and report on sales activities through CRM systems, ensuring up-to-date client information.
Assist in negotiating contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize company profitability.
Work closely with the senior sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding processes.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
