Secondary School Teacher – English & CLIL Subjects

The TOSCOOL program is seeking a passionate and professional Secondary School Teacher to join our bilingual team at ZŠ Věry Čáslavské in Prague 6. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an innovative educational environment focused on content-based language learning.

Position Details:

• Teach 7 hours of English per week

• Deliver Geography, Biology, Civics, History, IT, and Health using the hard CLIL method

• Work with a class of 24 students (English level: B2)

• Students have a bilingual primary school background

• You will be supported by a Czech-qualified mentor teacher who sets learning goals and lesson sequences, and ensures national curriculum compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum BA degree

• Solid understanding of CLIL methodology

• Experience teaching ESL to secondary students

• Become familiar with literature circles, debates, and writing workshops

• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team

• Creative, open-minded, and dedicated to professional development

What We Offer:

• Monthly salary of 65,000 CZK gross
