Key Responsibilities:
Quickly respond to Executive queries and coordinate solutions with IT experts.
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech tools.
Document problems and create knowledge databases.
Manage and coordinate tickets, working closely with GSD and FS teams.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (C2 level); German and French are a plus.
Based in Prague 4, metro station one minute away
On-call rotation every 4-5 weeks.
3+ years of IT Service Desk experience or similar technical role.
Experience supporting top-level management in a corporate setting is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
Starting date: August!/September!!
