Target Setting & Cascading Expert Europe

Job Purpose:

As the Target Setting & Cascading Expert in AB InBev, you will be the expert on target setting knowledge while enriching and sharing your expertise with stakeholders. You will monitor end-to-end target setting activities while also supporting system administration & request resolution.

What will you be doing:  

• Ensure the execution of daily operational procedures, driving improvements in daily routines, and identifying opportunities for automation

• Complete quality checks on information to ensure global guidelines are followed; and also to ensure minimal corrections required

• Address employee queries raised through the ticketing system/mail’s

• Extract data from relevant systems and create reports using advanced Excel features

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

• Be a point of contact for external clients/providers & work with other POC in different functions to gather/cascade target information

• Track and improve SLAs/KPIs, complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly process performance review meetings

What you will bring:

• Bachelor degree in IT, economic, HR is a benefit

• Deep expert user knowledge of Workday system or HR function and processes is an advantage as well

• Project Management skills (HR or IT projects)

• Stakeholder management

• Skills and ability to fit changing environment and new requirements of business in daily work
