About the Job:

Are you an experienced team leader, speaking fluently in English and German and you have other EU langugaes?

We are looking for someone who has direct experience with Customer Service department/team leadership, ideally in an SSC or an international environment

Your daily responsibilities will be:
1. Lead and direct the general service administration
2. Lead and direct the customer lifecycle management
3. Lead and direct the request lifecycle management
4. Support the customer master data management
5. Obtain information about the current company strategy and market environment to examine and evaluate processes, set-up and understand the needs of the stakeholders
6. Provide status reports to Leadership team
7. Review customer communication processes, channels and response times
8. Ensure customer satisfaction
9. Generally monitor operations and perform troubleshooting
10. Derive customer focus strategy from customer feedback
11. Evaluate progress and communicate goals to the team members (possibly located in another region
