As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll leverage your Java and SQL expertise to resolve customer issues on the internal company applications and provide an exceptional support experience on enterprise-level applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Java and SQL
- Support customers in real-time via chat, phone, and online channels
- Track and manage cases in the ticketing system
- Communicate issue statuses effectively with customers
- Create and update resources for the User Community and internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Practical experience with SQL and Java
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- At least 1 year in tech support, development, IT or QA
- Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
