Act as a central point of collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve aligned objectives.
Ensure the web platform operates reliably, securely, and efficiently.
Conduct regular health checks and audits to maintain optimal performance and address any issues proactively.
Oversee relationships with infrastructure suppliers, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Define and manage workflows for software development and delivery, focusing on CI/CD pipelines.
Establish best practices for version control, automation, and unit testing to ensure quality and efficiency.
Guide implementation partners on strategies for software roll-out and migration.
Address major platform incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve complex issues effectively.
Manage the integration of the web platform with other systems to ensure seamless operation.
Oversee the release process to ensure secure, efficient, and smooth deployments.
Implement and advocate for DevSecOps practices that align security with development and deployment processes.
Proven experience in management, including team leadership and vendor coordination.
Strong technical background with expertise in tools such as Adobe, Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, and Docker.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to solve complex challenges.
Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies for efficient workflow management.
