JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide technical support to customers via Chat, Phone, Webforms, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL and Java
- Manage multiple support cases and keep customers informed
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure exceptional customer service
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- English at a professional, communicative level is a must
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Java (academic or professional)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused, adaptable to various tasks (phone, chat, technical cases), and comfortable handling requests over the phone
- Experience in support, software development, or IT is a plus
- Additional European language is a plus
