What the Role Involves:

• Working closely with a Czech co-teacher

• Taking responsibility for children in the classroom

• Supporting children's learning, social development, and English language skills

• Ensuring the classroom is a safe, organized, and inspiring space

• Being empathetic, patient, and calm

• Caring for young children and attending to their basic needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Native English speaker (from an English-speaking country)

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)

• Alignment with Duhovka’s values and Montessori education principles

• Experience working with preschool-age children is highly valued

• Standard education required for a Toddler Assistant: Toddler Care (Chůva) certificate, or a background in pedagogy, social work, or healthcare is a plus
