Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Education – Prague, Czech Republic

We are looking to recruit 2x Trainee Recruiters / Resourcers in our Prague office, to support our UK Education recruitment team. This position required no prior experience, however motivation to learn, progress and get out of your comfort zone in a sales environment is essential. You will have training from day one, and coaching from experienced recruiters to help you develop your skills and grow your career.

The Education market is a fast paced, and dynamic market, that on occasion requires speaking with candidates and clients outside usual working hours. However, due to the speed of the market, there is excellent potential to progress quickly, as long as the effort and commitment is there to learn.
The position
This role is a trainee sales position, responsible for supporting our senior consultants and schools in the London area, speaking with candidates suitable for these positions - both on daily cover and long term positions. This involves database searches, phone screens and interviews to ensure motivation and suitability for the position.
This will all be done with a small and supportive team, a hands-on training structure, and commission possibilities that start on day one.
Requirements for the position:
Someone competitive, with the drive to succeed and motivated by financial success.
Resilient. Learning can take time, and it is tough at the beginning, but it's worth it.
Previous experience or an understanding of sales roles, particularly customer-facing positions.
A sense of humour. Our drive for success is serious, but you don't have to take yourself too seriously.
Confidence in interacting with people, both face-to-face and on the phone.
Quick-witted and able to think on your feet
Able to work well in a phone based position, speaking to a high number of candidates daily.
Can think for themselves and be able to match candidates to the right position once you have gained some experience.

This is a permanent position, based on-site in Prague.
