As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll travel the world for 6 months, providing hands-on technical support during device migration projects. Spend 1–6 weeks at each location (EU, South America, Asia, US) solving technical challenges, assisting users, and ensuring smooth transitions for our global clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with the migration of laptops and mobile devices.
- Travel to client locations globally to provide on-site technical support and assistance during device migration projects (1-6 weeks per location).
- Provide on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support users with device setup, configuration, and training.
- Document and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 1+ year of IT helpdesk or L1 support experience.
- Tech-savvy, quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ready for international travel and flexible schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
- EU citizenship
