The attic is equipped with: bed, study desk, armchair, wardrobe, blanket and pillow, bookcase, chair and a coffee table and storage spaces. Internet connection is included in the services fee.
There is a small garden with a place to sit, eat etc.

The house is situated in a quiet, nice, residential area with a lot of parks & places to go for walks and relaxation (2nd biggest forest in Prague within walking distance). In the vicinity there are all necessary civic amenities: restaurants, shops, medical facility, post office, library, Chodov shopping mall 13 min away.
Location: Prague 4 – Spořilov. Good public transport connections to the centre (20 min to Muzeum metro C), to A metro line (20 min to Flora, Želivského metrostations) and C metro line (Budějovická, Kačerov, Chodov, Roztyly and Háje).
